Programs & Camps

Our summer meal program offers a variety of choices including
hot and cold selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast includes:
- Four
juices
- Skim
and 2% milk
- Regular
and decaf coffee
- One
choice daily of French toast, pancakes or waffles with hot butter and
syrup
- Hash
browns, specialty potatoes or grits
- Biscuits
and gravy
- Breakfast
meats
- Oatmeal
- Eggs
- Breakfast
cereals
- Breads
for toasting with appropriate spreads
- Fresh
fruit
Lunch and dinner includes:
- Grill:
Hamburgers, Cheese Burgers, French Fries and accompaniments

Daily sandwich specials
- Pizza:
Two daily selections baked in our open hearth oven
- *Pasta
Bar: Pasta and Sauce of the day
- Entrees:
One lunch entrée and one or more dinner entrees accompanied by two
vegetable side dishes will be served daily.

Bar: Mixed greens, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, regular and low-fat
dressings

Bar: A selection of cookies,
brownies, puddings, jello, cakes, cobblers

will be open during the Summer – generally on Tues-Wed-Thurs

be made for special dietary needs – if we are informed approximately one-week
prior to your arrival – please contact either your Camp Coordinator
or our SP&C Team for these special needs
